Intellectual Property Policy

The University’s IP policy has been formally launched, together with associated guideline notes.

The documents (see link below) set out the policy of the University on ownership and commercialisation of IP in work created by academics, their students and people who are affiliated with the University but who are neither employees nor students.

The policy, with the associated guidelines on consultancy, should help us foster greater innovation and commercialisation. Thanks Jeff. This is rectified and other comments by colleagues are also being incorporated into the document.
