Horizon 2020 gets go ahead – But full-cost reimbursement option is out of the picture

Policymakers have finally agreed the details of the next EU research programme which replaces FP7 and will run from 2014 to 2020. Full cost re-imbursement will not be possible as ministers pushed through plans for participants to be reimbursed at a flat rate.
