2014 ABTA doctoral researcher awards

ABTAimageTo promote and award academic and scientific excellence among young researchers pursuing doctoral degrees in the UK, the Association of British Turkish Academics (ABTA) announces the ABTA Doctoral Researcher Awards. Applications will be accepted from PhD candidates or recent graduates of UK universities in all academic fields of study, regardless of their nationality. There are multiple prizes of £200, £300 and £400. The application deadline is 31 March 2014, with the awards ceremony on 25 May 2014 at the London Business School.

The awards will be given in three categories: Natural & Life Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Management & Social Sciences. To enter you will need to submit a research portfolio, which includes:

– An up-to-date CV
– A research statement
– A representative publication
