  1. It is worth having a look at the National Co ordinating Centre for Public Engagement http://www.publicengagement.ac.uk/ they have training available and the University is a signatory on the Manifesto for Public Engagement.

    They also have a network of Public Engagement Ambassadors http://www.publicengagement.ac.uk/work-with-us/ambassador-scheme (UoN has four).
