Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Quality of Life

Sophie Williams, Health Psychology Lecturer (online) and final year PhD student at the University of Derby will present the findings of her PhD which explores the impact of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) on quality of life. At this seminar Sophie will include a discussion on the qualitative and quantitative methodologies used to achieve this, including; photovoice, online interviews, scale development and validation and an online clinical randomised controlled trial in partnership with the Royal Derby Hospital.
