Research data clinics – 30th October 2012
Are you wrestling with a tricky research data problem? If so, perhaps we can help.
As part of our ongoing ‘engagement’ with the Digital Curation Centre, Sarah Jones and Marieke Guy will be running a couple of data management ‘clinics’ for researchers at Northampton. They will also present a short introductory talk covering the basics of research data management and highlighting the data services available to researchers at Northampton.
The timetable for the day is as follows:
Tuesday 30th October
- 10am to 12 noon Data clinic in Avenue Board Room
- 1.30pm to 2.30 pm Introductory talk in Park Library TPod
- 2.30pm to 4.30pm Data clinic in Park Library TPod
If you would like to book a one-to-one slot at one of the data clinics then please could you let me (Miggie Pickton) know your preferred time and venue. To give you the best possible support it would also be helpful to know in advance your area of research and any particular issues you’d like to discuss.
The talk is open to all research active staff and research students. So I can keep track of numbers I’d appreciate an email if you’d like to come along. Likewise, for further information about any of the above, please get in touch.
