Gina will be speaking on ‘Learning journeys and success: conceptual threshold crossings for postgraduates and supervisors – learning leaps and “nudging”‘ (10.30, 15th September, Room MR5, Avenue Campus). Gina has authored four books in the Palgrave Research Skills series: The Postgraduate Research Handbook (2007), The Undergraduate Research Handbook (2009), The Good Supervisor (2012) and Getting Published (2015).  Alongside papers and research updates from our SOTA postgraduates, we will also be hearing talks from Professor Ebtisam Ali Sadiq (King Saud University) and our visiting PhD student from the University of Zaragoza, Beatriz Perez-Zapata.
